Téléphane Énergie: Major Progress and a New Chapter for the Association

The past few months have been an important turning point for Téléphane Énergie. Thanks to the commitment of our members, the consistency of our actions, and the support of our community, several positive developments confirm that we’re moving in the right direction.

A first milestone: the Neumi activity is now self-funded

Good news: the funds collected now fully cover the association’s monthly Neumi subscriptions.This is a significant step forward for two main reasons:

• the initial investment needed to launch the activity has now been fully reimbursed;

• we can begin compensating the people who actively contribute to the association’s growth.

This progress reinforces our belief that when actions are useful, coherent, and well-structured, they naturally create value for the collective.

A dedicated team, growing stronger every day

Téléphane Énergie is fortunate to rely on several individuals who are fully invested in its mission:

Audrey – website creation

She built the website www.telephane.org, a key platform to present our values, projects, and updates. Her work provides strong foundations for our online presence.

Nancy – video production for the association

A regular user of Neumi (especially Skin, which she loves), Nancy produces the association’s videos.We actually completed a new shoot yesterday. Franck – communication, social media and fundraising

He manages all social media publications and plays a true technical-director role within the association.He is also in charge of fundraising and advertising.Through his work, Téléphane Énergie has been approved for a potential $10,000/month Google Ad Grants budget (pending final confirmation from Google, as you can imagine the process is not always straightforward).

A new organization: passing the leadership torch

Another important step: Valentine is officially handing over the role of President and becomes an honorary member, alongside Florence and Christophe.

• A big thank you to Valentine for her commitment and for setting everything in motion.

• Florence now leads the Neumi activity. Her involvement made it possible to reach financial balance in less than 18 months, even if circumstances sometimes limited the support we could provide.

• Christophe coordinates the team and manages our overall planning.

This new structure will help us move forward with even greater efficiency.

Our core priorities remain the same

We will continue our efforts around three pillars:

• selecting and supporting meaningful projects;

• researching and securing funding opportunities;

• sharing our progress on the blog and social media.

We will keep communicating regularly as the association grows.
