Birth and rebirth, love and filiation, how is attachment woven?
This book presents the results of my research on my personal experience of being born "in a state of apparent death," while my mother was "brain dead," and of being adopted by my father's new wife. I analyze the consequences of this unusual birth on my development and attachment.
I emphasize the importance of love and a strong parent-child relationship in fostering resilience and well-being. From infancy to adulthood, I had to learn to overcome obstacles to find my way.
My own experience has become my greatest asset in supporting others on their own life journey and helping them find their own path towards resilience and well-being.
This realization led me to a new vocation, that of a psychotherapist.
In this book, I share my reflections on the human condition and the links between birth, lineage, and attachment.
