International peace program through culture, art and collective mobilization - Inspired by the messages of John Lennon

PROJECT – “Flower Power”
International Peace Program through Culture, Art, and Collective Mobilization – Inspired by the Messages of John Lennon
Overview
The “John Lennon” project is an initiative led by the association Téléphane Énergie – Éditions et Multimédia (T-E-E-M), aiming to structure an international peace program based on culture, artistic creation, and citizen mobilization.

This project draws inspiration from the cultural and symbolic legacy of the 1960s, a period during which artists such as John Lennon, as part of The Beatles, helped spread messages of unity, awareness, and peace worldwide, notably through iconic works like Imagine.

Context and Challenges
In an international context marked by:
• persistent geopolitical tensions
• increasing social fragmentation
• identity and cultural crises
• a growing search for meaning and cohesion
it appears necessary to develop cross-cutting initiatives capable of mobilizing different actors around shared values.
The “John Lennon” project offers a complementary response to existing mechanisms, drawing on cultural, symbolic, and participatory levers.

Project Objectives
The program pursues several structuring objectives:
• To promote the dissemination of messages of peace internationally
• To encourage the creation of positive collective dynamics
• To support committed artistic and cultural initiatives
• To develop spaces for dialogue and cooperation
• To mobilize diverse audiences around universal values
This is not a militant project, but a cross-cutting approach aimed at bringing people together beyond differences.

Strategic Focus Areas
The project is structured around several complementary areas:

1. Event Programming
Organization of cultural and participatory events at various levels (local, national, and international), including:
• artistic performances
• meeting spaces
• collective actions around music and creative expression
2. Symbolic and Unifying Initiatives
Deployment of actions inspired by the spirit of the 1960s, adapted to contemporary challenges, aimed at:
• creating opportunities for people to come together
• strengthening the sense of belonging to a shared movement
• promoting local initiatives
3. Content Production
Development of multimedia content (editorial, audiovisual, digital) designed to:
• convey the project's messages
• document the initiatives
• increase the visibility of the actions undertaken
• raise awareness among different audiences
4. Networking of Stakeholders
Creation of synergies between:
• artists
• institutions
• associations
• businesses
• local authorities
within a framework of cooperation and resource sharing.

Positioning and Approach
The project is distinguished by:
• a non-political and non-denominational approach
• openness to all cultures and audiences
• a focus on creativity as a means of fostering social connection
• a medium- to long-term impact strategy
It complements existing public policies and private initiatives.

Governance and Implementation
The project's implementation is based on:
• central coordination by Téléphane Énergie
• operational partnerships with local and international stakeholders
• a phased, progressive development structure
• monitoring of actions and impact assessment
Particular attention will be paid to the quality of collaborations, the coherence of interventions, and the sustainability of the actions undertaken.

Funding Target
To ensure the international rollout of the program, the fundraising target is set at:
€10,000,000
These resources will notably allow us to:
• finance the production and organization of events
• structure the teams and operational resources
• develop communication and dissemination tools
• support partner initiatives
• ensure the international coordination of the program
• support the project's scaling up over time

Contribution of Patrons and Partners
The “John Lennon” project is primarily aimed at patrons, institutional partners, and private stakeholders wishing to engage in an impactful initiative.

Their contribution will:
• support a large-scale international cultural project
• participate in a meaningful and unifying initiative
• associate their image with universal values
• contribute to the structuring of a sustainable program
Mechanisms for recognizing and rewarding partners may be implemented, depending on the level of commitment.

Perspectives
The “John Lennon” project aims to gradually evolve into a structured international program capable of:
• uniting local and global initiatives
• building bridges between cultures
• supporting social transformation through culture
• sustainably implementing actions that promote connection and peace

Conclusion
Through this project, Téléphane Énergie is proposing an ambitious approach that aims to mobilize culture and creativity as drivers of cohesion and dialogue. In a changing world, this program aims to contribute to the emergence of meaningful collective initiatives, drawing on universal cultural references and a network of committed actors.
